Sealy Morgan Livermore, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel M. Livermore (Cynthia R. Saranec) of Ross, CA, was married on June 7, 2014, to Peter Clifton Laidlaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher P. Laidlaw (Mary Kirk) of Rockville, MD. The ceremony took place at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, CA. A reception was held at the Pacific Union Club, also in San Francisco.

 

The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edmund C. Saranec (Phyllis Ross) of Hamden, CT, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Norman B. Livermore (Virginia M. Pennoyer) of San Rafael, CA. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul G. Pennoyer (Frances T. Morgan) of Locust Valley, and the great-great-granddaughter of Mr. John Pierpont Morgan Jr.

 

The groom is the grandson of Mrs. James J. Kirk (Frances Beggs) of Cedar Grove, NJ, and the late Mr. Kirk. He is also the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stewart P. Laidlaw (Lois Louck) of Poughkeepsie, NY.

 

Mrs. Laidlaw attended the Branson School and is a graduate of Dartmouth College. She is currently attending Harvard Business School as a Master of Business Administration candidate. Mr. Laidlaw attended Georgetown Preparatory School and also graduated from Dartmouth College. He received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.

 

The couple took a wedding trip to Fiji and currently reside in San Francisco.
