Halsey Mercer Bittel, daughter of Mrs. Diana H. Bittel (Diana Howard) of Bryn Mawr, PA and Steven D. Bittel of Swanzey, NH, was married to Timothy Michael Buick, son of Mrs. Timothy L. Wisecarver  (Buick—Judy Brennan) of Berwyn, PA, and the late Mr. Edward J. Buick Jr.



The ceremony took place on June 14, 2014, at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Bryn Mawr. A reception followed at the Gulph Mills Golf Club in Gulph Mills, PA.



The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank T. Howard (Patricia Mercer) of Bryn Mawr. She is also the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William A. Bittel (Anne Pettit) of Englewood, NJ. She is the stepdaughter of Mrs. Bittel (Mary Anne McCloskey).

 

The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Brennan (Nancie M. Griffin) of North Hills, PA. He is also the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Buick (Maryanne Steinbach) of McKees Rocks, PA. He is the stepson of Mr. Wisecarver.

 

Mrs. Buick attended The Shipley School and graduated from Trinity College. Mr. Buick is a graduate of Gettysburg College.

 

Following a wedding trip to Antigua, the couple reside in Arlington, VA.
