Tinsley Iselin weds Dakota Hadley

Tinsley Simonds Iselin, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Frederick D. Iselin (Sallie C. B. Drury) of Camden and Sullivan’s Island, SC, was married to Dakota Lee Hadley, son of Ms. Susan E. Palmer of West Palm Beach, FL, and Lee W. Hadley of Orange, TX. The ceremony and reception took place on April 11, 2015, at Lowndes Grove Plantation in Charleston, SC.
The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew S. Drury (Mary M. Bennett) of Charleston. She is also the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Iselin Jr. (Taylor—Elizabeth C. Downes) of Locust Valley, NY, and Cobbity, NSW, Australia.
The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Allen V. Palmer (Barbara A. Booker) of Charlotte, NC, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay A. Hadley (Carol Parsons) of Shodack, NY.
The bride wore a gown of ivory and champagne Italian guipure lace, along with her mother’s pearl earrings and bracelet. She carried a cascading bouquet of orchids, garden roses, and jasmine. A wedding party luncheon was given by the ladies of the Garden and Gun Club in the garden of the bride’s family home in Charleston, with a rehearsal dinner and after-party hosted by the groom’s family at the Carolina Yacht Club.
Mrs. Hadley attended the Hammond School and Episcopal High School. She is a graduate of Bates College and the Medical University of South Carolina. Mr. Hadley attended Summerville High School and is a graduate of the College of Charleston and George Washington University.
The couple took a wedding trip to Italy and make their home in Charleston.
